Terms of Service

The terms between you and Available ApS for use of Available Core. Plain-English version: you get a helpdesk, you pay us through the pricing model we publish, we don't do surprise charges, and either side can leave with reasonable notice.

Last updated · April 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating a workspace or using Available Core, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself and the organization you represent. If you don't have authority to bind your organization, don't sign up.

2. The service

Available Core is an AI-first helpdesk. You create a workspace, connect a support email, invite teammates, and handle customer conversations. The AI assists your team by triaging inbound tickets, drafting replies, grounding answers in your knowledge base, and, if you opt in, autonomously resolving well-understood cases.

We may add, change, or deprecate features over time. Material changes that remove a capability you depend on will be announced with reasonable notice.

3. Pricing and billing

Available Core is sold on the commercial terms shown on our active pricing page and inside the product at the time you buy or renew. In practice that means:

  • One workspace subscription per workspace, with unlimited agents.
  • Included monthly usage is whatever the active plan states at the time of purchase or renewal.
  • Extra usage beyond the included amount is charged or prepaid according to the pricing model shown in the product.
  • AI is included unless a plan explicitly says otherwise. We do not silently add a separate AI fee after purchase.

A billable resolved ticket is counted according to the logic described on the pricing page and in the product. If a ticket is reopened inside its reopen window, it is treated as the same case rather than a second charge.

Billing runs through Stripe. Failed payments may trigger a grace period and then a pause or read-only state until payment details are fixed. We will not silently charge rates that differ from the pricing you accepted.

4. Free trial

New workspaces may receive a free trial. Trial length, included usage, and any product limits are the ones shown on the pricing page or in the signup flow at the time the trial starts. No paid plan starts until you explicitly add a payment method and choose to continue.

5. Your data and responsibilities

You are the controller of the data inside your workspace - tickets, end-user records, knowledge-base content, and configuration. We process it on your documented instructions under the Data Processing Addendum.

You agree that you will:

  • Have a lawful basis to collect and process your end users' personal data.
  • Not submit data you're not permitted to process, such as stolen credentials, third-party confidential information, or special-category data without a specific legal basis.
  • Keep your team's access under control and remove leavers promptly.
  • Not use the service to send spam, phishing, or other unlawful content.

6. AI: what it is and is not

The AI features use third-party large-language models. See Subprocessors for the current list. Outputs are generated, not guaranteed facts, and they can be wrong. Autonomous resolution is opt-in with a configurable confidence threshold and only runs when the system can ground a reply in your published knowledge base.

You're responsible for deciding which categories the AI may handle automatically and for reviewing the AI's output where accuracy matters to you, such as legal, medical, or financial topics.

Available Core may cap AI spend or throughput per ticket or per workspace to protect against runaway cost and abuse. Exceptionally long or abusive conversations may be cut off.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Available Core to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email or other abusive traffic.
  • Attempt to access data belonging to other workspaces.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI models beyond what the product allows.
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing controls, or usage ceilings.
  • Process content that violates applicable law.

We may suspend workspaces that violate these rules. In cases of clear abuse we'll suspend first and explain after; in ambiguous cases we'll try to contact you first.

8. Intellectual property

Available Core - the software, branding, and documentation - belongs to Available. You get a limited, non-transferable right to use it while your subscription is active. The content you put into the service remains yours.

Any feedback you give us may be used to improve the product without compensation, but we won't use your private workspace content to train AI models.

9. Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every specific requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded under Danish or EU law.

10. Term and termination

These terms stay in effect as long as you have an active workspace. You can cancel at any time from the billing settings, with effect at the end of the current billing period unless the product says otherwise.

We may terminate with reasonable notice for any reason, or immediately for material breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use section. After termination you get a reasonable export window before deletion begins.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes that can't be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent courts of Copenhagen, Denmark, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

We will announce material changes by email to workspace owners and by posting the revised version here with an updated date. Continuing to use the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
