+Why usage-based instead of per agent or per resolution?

Seat pricing punishes teams for adding people. A flat per-resolution fee charges the same whether an answer cost two cents or forty. The €79 covers the whole helpdesk and unlimited agents; AI is billed separately for what it actually uses, metered to the token.

+What happens when my AI credits run out?

AI is billed from prepaid usage credits. When your balance runs out, AI pauses until you top up — your team can still reply manually in the meantime. Auto-reload keeps it topped up if you turn it on.

+Is AI an add-on?
